Your Journey
Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve
Your safari begins with early morning departure from Nairobi after meeting your safari driver guide. Travel toward Maasai Mara through the Great Rift Valley with a stop at the scenic viewpoint where you can take photographs and enjoy breathtaking views. Continue driving through rural Kenya, passing Maasai villages and open countryside before arriving at Maasai Mara in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in one of Africa’s most famous wildlife reserves.
Full Day in Maasai Mara
Spend a full day exploring Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. A packed picnic lunch is provided allowing maximum time for wildlife viewing. Your guide will explore different regions of the reserve searching for big cats, elephants, and large grazing herds. During migration season, you may witness dramatic river crossings as wildebeest and zebras cross crocodile-filled rivers.
Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara and drive toward Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy scenic views along the journey including farmland, escarpments, and local villages. Stop en route for lunch before continuing to Nakuru. Arrive in the afternoon and proceed for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park.
Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, enjoy a short morning game drive in Lake Nakuru before departing for Amboseli National Park located near the Tanzania border. The journey takes you through changing landscapes including highlands, open plains, and rural towns. Arrive in Amboseli in the afternoon followed by a game drive.
Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Spend a full day exploring Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. The park’s open plains make wildlife spotting easier and provide excellent photography opportunities, especially with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background when weather conditions allow.
Amboseli – Arusha, Tanzania
After breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive to Namanga border for immigration formalities between Kenya and Tanzania. After crossing the border, meet your Tanzanian driver guide and continue to Arusha town located at the base of Mount Meru. Arusha serves as the gateway to Tanzania’s Northern Safari Circuit. The remainder of the day is free for relaxation at your hotel or lodge.
Arusha – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart Arusha and travel toward Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey offers spectacular highland scenery and occasional wildlife sightings. Arrive in Serengeti with game viewing en route to your lodge or camp
Full Day Serengeti Safari
Enjoy a full day exploring Serengeti’s vast plains, home to one of Africa’s largest wildlife populations.
Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive before traveling to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular wildlife safari. The crater supports one of Africa’s densest wildlife populations.
Ngorongoro – Arusha Depature
After breakfast, depart Ngorongoro and drive back to Arusha. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport for departure or onward travel.
